Amy Larsen
Owner & Founder
Hi! I'm Amy, owner of SeaChange Fitness. I spent 15 years carving out my own wellness lifestyle as an athlete, dancer and coach. Since 2012, I've spent over 30 hours of each week training clients and teaching group fitness classes. I've learned our bodies respond best to variety and our effort is capitalized in what interests us. It is my goal to create programs that meet each client's needs and interests.
Rachel Bryan

Hi! I'm Rachel, fitness enthusiast and NASM certified personal trainer. I started working in fitness in 2021 after many years of running around Green Lake and exploring various fitness modalities. Exercise and movement have played such a significant and positive role in my life and I'm thrilled to share that passion with my clients. Every person's body and relationship with exercise is so varied. I'm determined to listen and learn about my clients unique needs and design their workout plans based on where they're at and where they want to be. I can't wait to meet you and be a part of your fitness journey!
