Amy developed an online fitness program for me during the pandemic, and it’s been fantastic. I’m in my early sixties and she challenges me firmly but gently, while paying attention to my various “aging” idiosyncrasies. She developed modifications, which allowed me to continue my program while healing from an injury and intermittent joint problems. Amy receives feedback and makes adjustments as needed. I have found that set times at gyms, while great for me in the past, are not as convenient as the printable sheets that Amy sends that I can do any time of day when I have a break! I love the variety, convenience and flexibility of online training, and it’s a cost-effective way to get a great workout designed by a personal trainer. I am definitely stronger and my energy level is up thanks to Amy’s thoughtful and challenging sessions!

Amy gets results. I’m a guy in my early 40s who was skeptical of paying for training. When I met Amy, I needed to strengthen my core, increase mobility, and improve overall strength.
